On this page, you will find a list of most common questions we receive about the Facelift board graphics. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.
Are the Facelifts just for the top of the board?
We recommend our product for the top side of snowboards only. We can create a design for both the top and bottom of the board for display purposes only. If you choose to ride with the graphic on the bottom we will not be able to guarantee how long the bottom graphic will last.
Can you create a Facelift for skis?
Yes. We can create a Facelift for skis. Follow the same instructions for our Custom Facelifts and we will manufacture the Facelift for your skis. Look for stock designs for skis coming soon.
How long does it take to receive my Facelift?
When the Custom Facelift design is finished or when a stock graphic is purchased it may take up to 10 working days to complete the manufacturing process. All our Facelifts are made to order, this is to ensure that each graphic is specific for the type of board and needs of each individual customer. Most Facelifts are finished sooner. If you need them to meet a deadline please email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The shipping times listed are approximate shipping times and do not include the manufacturing process.
Are the Facelift decals permanent?
No, Facelifts allow for easy removal when needed. When you are ready, you can remove your Facelift by peeling an edge and applying even force as you pull off the Facelift in one piece. Once you completely remove it from your board you will not be able to re-apply it. If there is any small amount of adhesive left on the surface of the board, you can remove it easily with a cotton ball and isopropyl alcohol.
Are Facelift decals water proof?
Yes, the Facelifts have been tested and will withstand all of the elements; fresh powder, summer slush, and everything in between. Our Facelifts have been proven on both wakeboards and surfboards.
Will the Facelift protect my board?
Yes, the heavy duty laminate will protect your board and the Facelift graphic. It will protect against lift line scuffs and scratches. Also very importantly it will protect your board against very damaging binding marks that go quietly unnoticed until you remove the bindings and reveal the damage.
**It also protects your investment, by allowing you to identify it in a crowd, which will decrease the chance of theft.
Can I change my Facelift decal?
Definitely. We started this company with the sole intention to allow people to change and customize their board. You can experiment and change your Facelift as often as you wish. Our product is a cost effective way to ride a “new” board every year.
Is the Facelift decal hard to apply?
No, it is not hard to apply. Most people can apply with excellent results in under 15 minutes. We have never had anyone that simply could not apply the Facelift. Some people had friends or family apply it for them but they were able to get it applied without any issues. If you would like us to apply the Facelift to your board, we can arrange to have your board shipped to us. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please ask.
Do you provide International shipping?
Yes, I would have to estimate roughly half of our orders are from outside of the United States. We offer a convenient flat rate shipping of our Facelift graphics to anywhere in the world for $14.95 USD! If you live in a small village near the South Pole the cost will still be $14.95 and we will cover the rest.
Do you sponsor riders?
Yes, we sponsor riders as part of our Team Facelift. We can offer opportunities for our riders to gain international exposure. We can help cover travel costs and contest entry fees for our team riders in exchange for active riders who help get the word out about Facelift Concepts.
